Holiday Shipping Pause & Delivery Information

Shipping has now paused for the festive period while our team take a well-earned break to spend time with their families.

Shipping will resume from 5th January 2025. Once we reopen, we’ll begin working through orders in the sequence they were received.

What this means for your order

  • No orders will be dispatched while shipping is paused over Christmas.
  • From 5th January 2025, an extended dispatch time of up to 14 working days will be in place.
  • This is due to our holiday closure and the busy network of our delivery partners at this time of year.
